Change or Reset Password
1. After reading instructions, click on “Change or Reset Password”.
2. Opens screen with “Step 1” on top.
3. To reset password, Enter the email for password to be reset.
. . . A. Click on “To reset your password…”
. . . B. Once you have the temporary password, return here to change it.
4. To change a password, enter the email and current password.
5. Click “Login”. (Do NOT click “To reset your password…” this time).
6. Opens “My Profile” screen.
7. Enter names and email to be changed, if they are not showing. Enter and confirm new password.
8. Click on “Save Changes” in the upper left corner of the screen.
9. You get an “Application Error” screen. This does not apply as it only means the new user does not have a certain type record.
10. You MUST Close this screen by clicking on the X on the “Application Error” tab on the top of the screen. Do NOT click on the “Logout” option.
11. You should then return to the “Bible Study” screen where you can select the Lesson of your choice using the new password.

Mentor Access Only
1. After reading instructions, click on “Mentor Access Only” at bottom screen.
2. Opens screen with “Step 1. Click here to register”.
3. Opens “My Profile” screen to register a new user.
. . . Enter first name, last name, email, password and Captcha code.
4. Click on “Save Changes” in the upper left corner of the screen.
5. You will see an “Application Error” message that does not apply as it only means the user does not have a certain type of record.
6. You MUST Close this screen by clicking on the X on the “Application Error” tab on the top of the screen. Do NOT click on the “Logout” option.
6. You should then return to the “Bible Study” screen where you started.
7. Person registered can now select Lessons by logging in with email and PW.
